How It Works

The Internal Job Program (IJP) serves as a platform for current employees to explore career advancement opportunities within the organization. This document outlines the process and guidelines for employees interested in applying for internal positions.

  1. Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible for participation in the IJP, employees must meet the following criteria:

    • Have held their current role for a minimum of 18 months.

    • Obtain approval from their current manager for submission.

    • Refrain from submitting multiple profiles for the same job opportunity.

  2. Application Process: Identify Suitable Opportunities:

    • Employees should regularly review internal job postings to identify roles aligned with their career aspirations and skill sets.

    • Obtain Manager Approval prior to applying.  All employees must seek approval from their current manager.

    • Prepare Application Materials: Employees should tailor their resumes and cover letters to highlight relevant experience and qualifications for the desired position.

    • Submit Application: Employees can submit their profiles through IJP portal https://consultdss.recruitee.com/internal-job-postings within the specified timeframe.

  3. Evaluation and Selection: Initial Screening:

    • The HR or designated hiring team will conduct an initial review of submitted applications to assess eligibility and alignment with job requirements.

    •  Interview Process: Shortlisted candidates will be invited to participate in interviews, which may include one or more rounds with hiring managers, team members, and stakeholders.

    • Selection Decision: Following the interview process, the hiring team will evaluate candidates based on their qualifications, experience, and alignment with the role's requirements. The final decision will be communicated to all applicants in a timely manner.

  4. Confidentiality and Professionalism:

    • Confidentiality: All information shared during the application and selection process will be treated with the utmost confidentiality.

    • Professional Conduct: Employees are expected to maintain professionalism and integrity throughout the IJP process, adhering to company policies and guidelines.

The Internal Job Portal Program provides employees with valuable opportunities for career growth and development within the organization. By following the outlined process and guidelines, employees can navigate the application process with clarity and professionalism.
