About dss+

dss+ are a purpose-led global consultancy partnering with organisations in high-risk and asset-intensive industries to solve complex operational challenges across safety, operational excellence, and sustainability.

With a heritage rooted in DuPont’s industrial operations, we combine deep expertise, practical problem-solving, and digital innovation to deliver measurable and lasting impact for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify unsafe conditions, unsafe behaviours, and potential risks across construction activities

  • Conduct site observations, safety inspections, and behavioural safety conversations

  • Support the implementation of proactive risk identification and mitigation processes

  • Facilitate discussions with site teams to identify opportunities for improving safety performance

  • Build positive relationships with contractors, client representatives, and project stakeholders

  • Coach and influence individuals and teams to strengthen safety awareness and accountability

  • Participate in incident reviews, learning activities, and corrective action discussions where required

  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and shared responsibility for safety

  • Support the implementation of client and project-specific safety programmes and initiatives
