You will take on real responsibility early, contributing to project delivery while building your expertise across complex operational environments. Working alongside experienced consultants and industry practitioners, you will help clients solve critical operational challenges and achieve sustainable performance improvement.

Your Impact at dss+

You will contribute to high-impact client engagements, working closely with project teams and clients to solve complex operational challenges across safety, operational excellence, and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of consulting engagements across operational risk, operational excellence, and transformation programmes.

• Lead defined workstreams and contribute to the successful execution of client projects.

• Analyse operational processes, performance data, and improvement opportunities.

• Conduct interviews, field observations, workshops, and data analysis activities.

• Develop presentations, reports, and recommendations for client engagements.

• Work directly with clients to support implementation of practical solutions.

• Contribute to proposal development, solution design, and business development activities.

Who You Are

You bring strong analytical thinking, a curious mindset, and the ability to work effectively in diverse, international environments. You are comfortable engaging with stakeholders, solving complex problems, and contributing to meaningful outcomes.

Experience

• 3–6 years of experience in a management consulting firm

• Experience in operational improvement, operational excellence, continuous improvement, performance transformation, safety, or sustainability initiatives.

• Experience contributing to project teams and managing defined workstreams.

• Exposure to industrial, manufacturing, mining, energy, chemicals, infrastructure, or other asset-intensive environments is highly desirable.

Capabilities

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in multicultural environments.

• Comfortable working directly with clients and frontline operational teams.

• Adaptable and able to thrive in fast-paced project environments.

• Ability to translate strategy into practical actions and sustainable results

Education & Languages

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or a related field.

• Fluency in English and Bahasa required.

Mobility

• Willingness to travel extensively across Indonesia and internationally as required.
