We are seeking an experienced Consultant to join our China Innovation Practice. In this role you will be responsible for the following:

• Working on engagements to develop Marketing/Sales excellence programmes for our clients.

• Working closely with the client to identify areas of growth /product development where they need to enhance their existing Marketing / Product Value/ Go to Market strategy.

• Working with the team to deliver assessments, design and deliver training and coaching programmes, and develop marketing processes,

• Facilitating workshops, deliver coaching, provide technical advice to clients

• Managing projects to ensure the effective execution of the project, including project planning and records

• Interfacing at senior levels in organisations and supporting the Engagement Lead to lead and manage the engagement.

• Contributing to developing client relationships and identifying opportunities to expand our work with clients.

You bring the following:

• Experience from a Management Consulting firm and have delivered Marketing/Strategy based consulting services to clients.

• Experience in one or more of the following industries is required as this covers our core client base: Chemicals, Mining & Metals, Oil & Gas, Industrial Manufacturing.

• Previous inhouse Marketing experience from industry would be highly beneficial.

• Understanding of project management methodology, good data analysis, presentation and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with people at all levels in an organization.

• Good interpersonal understanding and communication skills.

• Excellent command of Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

• Fluency in English and Mandarin, both written and verbal.

• Open to travel as required.
