We are looking for an experienced Process Safety Management (PSM) Consultant to work with our China clients.

What will you do?

▪ Lead the execution of complex tasks and assignment on client engagements, with minimal guidance, including:

o Identifying and structuring client challenges and issues in order to develop hypotheses;

o Collecting and gathering client data to test hypotheses;

o Analyzing data to develop meaningful recommendations and solutions.

▪ Take the lead in engaging clients through meetings, interviews and workshops at various stages of the project lifecycle.

▪ Lead the development of high quality presentations and documents to be used in client engagements and business development.

▪ Build and maintain client relationship to ensure project success.

▪ Expand knowledge and expertise in a key discipline area while staying abreast of industry developments.

▪ Support the dss+ knowledge base through creating best practice project content and standardizing project practices and templates.

Job requirements

▪ You are familiar with PSM framework, and correlation in between PSM elements.

▪ You have hands on experience in leading PSM activities.

▪ You have knowledge on process safety information (PSI), management of change(MOC),emergency response(ER), safe operating procedure(SOP) and other relevant PSM elements.

▪ Able to lead incident investigation concerning with Process Safety Incidents.

▪ Able to do the gap analysis on PSM and provide recommended solutions to clients throughout the engagement cycle.

▪ Understand how to set up PSM related KPIs.

▪ Able to apply PHA methodologies (HAZOP, What-if, FMEA, FTA etc).

▪ Ever involved in PSM Audits.

▪ Understand life cycle management for Process Safety.

▪ Have knowledge on ISP (Inherently Safer Process) and LOPA (Layer of Protection Analysis).

▪ Able to work with all levels of client organization to implement solutions effectively in order to realize safety improvement goals.

▪ Good at developing presentations and documents, at professional standards of excellence for immediate client use in documenting and executing revised Process Safety Management processes.

▪ Understand how to handle HTM (Highly Toxic Material) is a plus.

▪ Had previous experience on how to influence organization to build a solid safety culture is a plus.

▪ You have excellent data analysis, presentation and consulting skills.

▪ You can accept 80% travel.
