The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in helping shape the future of our Talent Acquisition strategy at dss+.

As EMEA Talent Acquisition Lead, you’ll oversee and drive the regional recruitment agenda strategically and operationally while working in close partnership with the Global Talent Acquisition Lead and the regional HR team.

You will lead a small, talented team of recruiters and be personally involved in end-to-end delivery for senior and business-critical roles across the region. This is both a leadership and hands-on delivery role, ideal for someone who thrives in a high-impact, fast-paced consulting environment.

What You’ll Do

You’ll lead the EMEA Talent Acquisition team to attract, engage, and hire exceptional talent who enable our mission and growth ambitions.
You will:

  • Develop and execute a regional recruitment strategy aligned with business goals, market trends, and global TA priorities.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to business and HR leaders, providing insights on market conditions, pipeline health, and forward-looking talent indicators.

  • Lead and develop a small regional TA team, fostering collaboration, capability building, and continuous improvement.

  • Deliver hands-on recruitment for senior and critical hires, ensuring an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience.

  • Define and track recruitment metrics that support data-driven, forward-looking decision-making.

  • Champion the dss+ employer brand across EMEA, collaborating with the global TA and marketing teams to ensure our purpose and culture resonate in the market.

  • Continuously improve processes, tools, and hiring practices to enhance efficiency, diversity, and quality of hire.

Job requirements

Who You Are

You’re a strategic and hands-on recruitment leader with experience in consulting or professional services environments. You balance business partnership with operational delivery and thrive in an international, fast-evolving context.

You are proactive, commercially minded, and passionate about shaping teams that deliver impact.

What You Bring

  • Proven experience leading a regional or multi-country recruitment team, ideally within a management consulting or professional services environment.

  • Demonstrated capability as a hands-on, end-to-end recruiter with a strong understanding of talent markets across EMEA.

  • Experience designing and delivering talent acquisition strategies and metrics that inform forward-looking business decisions.

  • Strong ability to build and sustain senior stakeholder relationships, influencing and challenging constructively.

  • Excellent communication, prioritisation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt in a dynamic, high-growth environment.

  • Proven leadership in developing and coaching recruiters, creating a high-performing, collaborative culture.

  • Fluency in English; proficiency in another European or regional language is highly desirable.
