Working closely with senior client stakeholders and frontline teams, you will help organisations create the conditions for sustainable behaviour change and measurable transformation outcomes.

Key Accountabilities

  • Measure and evaluate change outcomes, adoption rates, and cultural transformation progress.

  • Mentor consulting teams and contribute to the development of dss+ methodologies, tools, and intellectual property.

  • Support business development and proposal activities related to organisational transformation and culture change.
