We are evolving our People & Culture team and looking for a People & Culture Lead, for our North America region (US and Canada) to deliver the People strategy by proactively working with our business leaders and employees to build the business and deliver a “red-carpet” employee experience.


The Role

This role requires a strategic mindset and the ability to lead and drive our People priorities. You will be fully responsible for the People & Culture function for our employees across the US and Canada region; including new hire onboarding, employee development, rewards and recognition, performance management, culture, values, and employee retention.

You will translate organizational objectives into HR initiatives that directly impact the firm’s performance and employee experience. As a member of the regional leadership team, you will be a trusted partner to the leadership and an advocate for employees. Your experience will enable you to lead organizational change efforts, managing transitions and proactively aligning the business priorities and goals with employee needs.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Coach, guide and influence people leaders to drive cultural change and employee engagement

  • Support and execute the People strategy with a strong understanding of the firm’s goals

  • Change management, including stakeholder engagement, communication and an employee-first approach

  • Broad depth and breadth of functional experience across the end-to-end employee life cycle; including but not limited to: onboarding, performance enhancement, capability development, M&A integrations, compensation & benefits, employee recognition, and employee retention.

  • Structure employee capability development and workforce plans, aligned with business goals and market trends.

  • Define and track HR measures of success and manage annual programs including employee engagement surveys

  • Design and implement local and global People initiatives


What You Will Bring To The Role

  • An exceptional ability to act as a Trusted Advisor to business leadership

  • A change agent, with demonstrated experience leading teams through change

  • High emotional intelligence with the ability to advocate for employees and leadership

  • A relevant bachelor’s degree and preferably a master’s degree in HR

  • Relevant experience delivering value to employees through an end-to-end People function within an agile, fast-paced consulting firm

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify insights and impact People related decision making.

  • Strong planning and structured communication capabilities

  • Demonstrated ability to consult, collaborate with and advise internal stakeholders, through strong, trusted business relationships

  • Strong focus on outcomes and delivering valuable impact

  • Proven ability to interpret data and make decisions without all information being available

  • Demonstrated experience designing HR processes with the capability to implement in a fast-paced environment

  • Demonstrated ability to maintain a high degree of trust and confidentiality
