We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Intern to join our dynamic team and support the APAC Legal Lead, looking after Singapore, China, ANZ, Japan, Thailand, Indonesia, India.
Key Responsibilities:
Contract review and contract management (sales contracts, vendor agreements, NDAs, tender documents).
Assist in corporate governance, compliance, company secretarial matters.
Monitor and safe-keep contracts and corporate governance documents.
Data fill of reports to submit to stakeholders
Who are you today?
Requirements:
Currently enrolled in a Law/Legal related Degree.
Attention to detail, highly organized, able to work independently.
Strong legal analytical, risk identification and problem-solving skills.
Strong written and oral communication skills required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel; Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 a plus.
Able to work in fast-paced environment and independently prioritize competing deadlines.
Good collaboration skills, responsive and able to work within a team. Good attitude to learning and the highest ethical standards.
Experience in corporate secretarial, corporate governance & compliance work is a plus.
Prior working experience as in-house legal support or in law firm is a plus.
Internship Period: June 2025 to August 2025 with the possibility of extension
