We’re expanding our impact in the Benelux region and are looking for a manager who can help us shape, lead and deliver large-scale transformational programmes – programmes that elevate safety and operational performance while strengthening culture, leadership and human excellence (HumEx). As a manager, you will collaborate with industry-leading clients to reduce risk, improve business continuity, operational performance and organisational resilience. You’ll help them evolve their capabilities, unlock human potential, and build safer, more effective ways of working.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering solutions across operational risk management, HumEx, and cultural transformation, including (but not limited to) safety culture, PSM, and operational excellence.

• Leading teams of consultants and subject matter experts to diagnose operational and cultural challenges, using analytics, observations and human-centric insights to create and implement transformation roadmaps.

• Guiding clients directly – understanding their pain points, shaping tailored solutions, and enabling sustainable adoption.

• Developing structured work plans and mobilising your teams to deliver high-impact results.

• Coaching team members to build their capabilities and strengthen our consulting excellence.

• Managing project delivery end-to-end and cultivating long-term, trusted client relationships.

This role is based in Belgium (from our Ghent office or your home office) and requires frequent client travel, up to four days per week.

Who are you today?

Ideally, you bring:

• A degree/master’s degree in engineering or a business-related field.

• Experience in management consulting with exposure to transformation, culture change, operational risk management and/or operational excellence.

• The ability to manage diverse and remote teams, guiding them to deliver strong business and client outcomes.

• Experience managing complex transformation projects from design to implementation.

• A deep understanding of operational issues in industries such as Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Power & Utilities, Chemicals, Transport or Food & Beverage.

• Strong subject-matter knowledge in safety, HumEx and/or operational excellence that you can confidently leverage with clients.

• Excellent communication, leadership and an entrepreneurial mindset – much like us.

• Fluent Dutch and English communication skills; additional European languages are an advantage.
