The opportunity:

We have an exciting opportunity for a freelance management consultant with experience in safety within the utility industry to support us on a short-term project, delivering market-leading training and consulting services to our client based in Slovakia.   We will provide you with a full training program, providing you with all of the tools and DSS+ methodologies you will need. 

About You:

Our Independent Consultants are subject matter experts with experience gained within our core industries. 

You will have experience in the following:

• Coaching and management - helping people evolve their thinking and behaviours
• In-depth knowledge of operational risk issues as they relate to safety
• Experience in running and managing risk and safety within a complex manufacturing environment. 
• You will be fluent in Slovak and English, and able to read, write, and speak the languages in a professional environment. 

As a freelance or interim professional, you will be looking to work with DSS+ on various projects as one of your portfolio of clients.
