Safety/Operational Risk expert - Independent Consultant - Bulgaria

The opportunity:

We have an exciting opportunity for a freelance consultant with experience in managing risk and safety to support us on a short-term project, delivering market-leading coaching and consulting services to our client based in Bulgaria.  You will be working with the dss+ team to help our clients transform their safety behaviours and culture.

About You:

Our Independent Consultants are subject matter experts with experience gained within our core industries. 

You will have experience in the following:

• Coaching and management - helping people evolve their thinking and behaviours.

• In-depth knowledge of operational risk issues as they relate to health & safety

• Experience in running and managing risk and safety within a complex manufacturing environment. 

• You will be fluent in Bulgarian and English, and able to read, write, and speak the languages in a professional environment. 

As a freelance or interim professional, you will be looking to work with DSS+ on various projects as one of your portfolio of clients. 

Ideally, you will be available at short notice to start the project in mid to late January 2024.
