The opportunity:

We have an exciting opportunity for a freelance consultant with experience in managing and advising on Maintenance & Reliability issues, specifically Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) improvement and cost reduction. You will be working up to 2 weeks per month for up to 2 years on a freelance basis.

About You:

Our Independent Consultants are subject matter experts with experience gained within our core industries. 

You will have experience in the following:

• Extensive experience within Maintenance & Reliability

• Ideally, you will have specific experience in both coaching and management, helping people evolve their thinking and behaviours

• You will already be working as a freelance professional, available at short notice and willing to travel across the country.
