This position offers an ideal platform to expand your knowledge of Human Resources, people processes and help us grow the HR Operations capability.  The position will be based in Spain and supporting our EMEA operations.


What role will you play?

As an HR Analyst, in our HR Operations team, you will support the end-to-end people processes across the employee life cycle.

  • Update and maintain employee HR data
  • Manage data reporting, ad hoc data requests, data quality and data audits
  • Deliver recurring and ad hoc reports and report development
  • Share insights and make recommendations to support operational decisions
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reporting tools
  • Initiate and lead projects and initiatives

Job requirements

Who are you today?

We are looking for someone with a hands-on approach to building and delivering best-in-class HR operations support to our team.

  • You are detail oriented, well-organized and enjoy bringing structure to projects through work-planning, list-making and efficiency
  • Strong/effective verbal and written communication to be able to interact at different levels of the organization, from Executive down to technicians and operators.
  • You are in a position to effectively work in a remote setting across time zones
  • Good analytical, problem-solving and strong written English language skills
  • The ability to manage competing priorities and to work effectively under pressure to deadlines

Qualifications / Experience:

  • You have a Graduate degree
  • You have minimum 3 years of experience ideally in management consulting
  • Demonstrated experience with industry standard HR Information systems (SAP, SuccessFactors, PeopleSoft)
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and team-working attitude to be able to work in multi-cultural and multi-disciplinary teams
  • High level of proficiency with MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English. Other languages will be a plus
