Professional Coaching Expert - Freelance

As a Freelance Mining Safety Consultant, you will work with industry-leading clients in the Mining Sector to reduce risks and improve business continuity and asset productivity. You’ll save lives, drive performance and improve the working lives of all your clients’ employees.

You will work with our team as a freelance specialist to deliver coaching and support to our clients to help evolve their culture and behaviours in safety and risk management. This will involve working closely with managers and supervisors on client sites, supporting and coaching them in implementing dss+ methodologies.

Key responsibilities will include;

• Delivering on-site coaching to help embed the theory and learning into the culture of the business 

• You will be working on the client site as part of the dss+ team which will involve some travel.

As well as working as a freelancer or actively in the process of becoming a freelance consultant, you will have the following experience:

• Extensive experience in the delivery of coaching to affect behavioural change in an operational context

• Experience in health & safety matters or experience of working in hazardous environments that require high personal safety standards
