Responsibilities 

• Report directly to a LA Power and Utilities Senior Manager and be accountable for developing and leading an important Industry project team, with a strong focus on project management and delivery. 

• Work in consulting business assessment and implementation engagements. 

• Act as a trusted advisor to senior client executives, maintaining and expanding relationships in alignment with the account team 

• Support process structuring and strategic decision-making for clients, developing frameworks and recommendations.

• Participate in client discussions, contributing to problem identification and solution development.

• Contribute to risk management discussions, structuring frameworks to guide clients in identifying critical aspects of operational and process risks.

• Stay up to date with new technologies and analytical tools, continuously improving data interpretation and business intelligence capabilities.

Qualifications: 

• Experience working in a management consulting firm

• Demonstrated knowledge of relevant industry solutions and best practices in operational risk, operational excellence, and sustainability practice lines 

• More than 4 years of experience in delivering growth and key services in transforming companies in the Power Industry 

• Strong communication skills at the manager level, with the ability to effectively drive business development, solution development, and high-quality delivery of key services 

• Proven experience in managing, leading, and developing a team 

• An entrepreneurial spirit, results-focused, and adept at thriving in a fast-paced, rapidly growing consulting environment 

Working Experience: 

• Technical knowledge and experience in supporting clients on transformational journeys, including strategy development, operational roadmaps, integration into business units and functions, and support in implementation 

• Strong understanding of and familiarity with dss+ methodologies would be a plus 

• A proven track record in management consulting and individual business development success 

• Knowledge and experience in the Power and Utilities Industry 

Expertise: 

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, or related fields 

• The ideal candidate will have strong consulting experience 

• More than 4 years of professional experience in management consulting  

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a team-working attitude to collaborate within fast-paced, multi-cultural, and multi-disciplinary teams 

• Fluency in English; Spanish language will be a plus
