This role sits at the centre of delivering large-scale transformation programmes within the Power & Utilities sector in Brazil.
You will lead client engagements end-to-end — combining business development, project delivery, and strategic advisory — while building strong client relationships and contributing to the growth of our presence in the region.

Your Impact at dss+
You will lead the delivery of transformation programmes, partnering with clients to solve complex operational and organisational challenges. You will oversee teams, manage delivery quality, and support clients in achieving sustainable improvements across operational performance, safety, and resilience.
At the same time, you will play a key role in growing the business — identifying opportunities, building long-term partnerships, and contributing to account development across the Power & Utilities sector.
Key Accountabilities
Lead consulting teams and manage delivery across complex transformation programmes
Build strong relationships with C-level executives, acting as a trusted advisor on operational performance and transformation
Identify operational challenges and define practical, high-impact improvement solutions
Oversee project execution, ensuring quality, impact, and timely delivery
Drive business development activities, including prospecting, proposal development, and closing new opportunities
Expand existing client relationships by identifying new opportunities and supporting long-term partnerships
Engage stakeholders across executive and operational levels to ensure successful implementation
Anticipate risks and challenges, ensuring proactive mitigation and strong governance
Contribute to the development of the Power & Utilities portfolio in Rio de Janeiro and broader Brazil

Job requirements
Who You Are
You bring strong analytical thinking, a curious mindset, and the ability to work effectively in diverse, international environments. You are comfortable engaging with stakeholders, solving complex problems, and contributing to meaningful outcomes.
Experience
Experience in management consulting, delivering and managing complex transformation programmes
Strong background in business development, including expanding existing accounts, prospecting and closing new business.
Experience working with clients in the Power & Utilities sector in Brazil or Latin America
Understanding of operational challenges across production, supply chain, sustainability, and performance improvement
Experience building relationships with senior stakeholders and executive teams
Capabilities
Strong leadership and stakeholder management capability
Ability to manage multiple workstreams and project teams
Strategic and consultative mindset, with the ability to lead high-level discussions on operational performance, digital transformation, and sustainability
Strong communication, influencing, and negotiation skills
Ability to work effectively in multicultural and cross-functional environments
Education & Languages
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
MBA or postgraduate degree preferred
Fluency in English required
Mobility
Willingness to travel frequently (up to ~50%) across Brazil and Latin America
